Background
Rob Pengson is an intentionally awarded chef, career & SME business mentor with decades of experience in culinary arts, SME strategy, and life transformation. Trained globally—from the Mandarin Oriental kitchens of San Francisco and Tokyo to Harvard Business School and Wharton—his expertise bridges both kitchen and boardroom. Since 2003, he has taught, trained, consulted, and cooked alongside more than 16,000 individuals across the Philippines and abroad. His work spans professional culinary education, food and non-food business development, front-of-house service, and personal coaching. At every stage, his mission is the same: to help people grow faster, lead stronger, and transform fully.
