Your Dedicated Coach
My name is Rob Pengson
Hi, I’m Rob Pengson. Since 2003, I’ve trained more than 16,000 professionals and business owners who are now Michelin-starred chefs, successful food entrepreneurs, and 8-figure business owners around the world. I’ve also served hundreds of thousands of customers, starting my career at just 19 years old.

For context, I trained in some of the world’s best institutions, including the Mandarin Oriental in Ginza, Tokyo, and San Francisco, both considered best-in-class globally. I also studied at Yamato Noodle School under Mr. Fuji, Harvard Business School, Wharton, and the Asian Institute of Management.

These experiences led to multiple Best Restaurant, International Best Chef, and Best School awards, and the opportunity to become a Madrid Fusión presenter in the Philippines, beginning at age 27.
Apologies for the self-talk (cringe), but marketing requires a proper introduction.

I wake up at 5:00 AM every day to ensure that you—and people like you—receive truly world-class training. I protect the learning environment carefully so that only disciplined, growth-oriented people are part of the community.

We cannot grow in spaces filled with negativity, excuses, or destructive talk. Values and principles are the foundation of real transformation, and I guard them carefully—for your benefit and your growth.

My job is simple: to make sure your program is the best there is, that your faculty is fully committed to developing your skills, and that the knowledge you receive is elite-level and actionable.

What makes me happiest is seeing students build businesses that outperform their salaries, allowing them to pursue their dreams on their own terms.

That’s who I am and I am devoted to helping you build.
