Founded in 2019 by Rob Pengson, an educator and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience since 2003, Aleanza was built to develop world-class talent in hospitality, culinary arts, management, and leadership.

Rob has launched and grown two education institutions prior to Aleanza, both successfully acquired, and has helped build over 16,000 careers in the hospitality industry.
